I'll start this blog with a little bit of an introduction... My name is Jenny Burton. I am 2 months into my first teaching job as an Elementary Art & Technology teacher in New Braunfels, TX! So far things have gone better than I could have ever asked for. I teach about 625 Pre-K through 5th graders. I teach 27 classes per week. I see each class for 45 minutes once each week. I work with an amazing group of educators in a beautiful school and a great group of kids! Over the next year, you will find updates on how my first year is going, the projects my students are working on, and... of course, the "adventures in art with Miss B".
This is my classroom... with the amount of traffic my classroom sees every week, I try very hard to keep it organized and clean! I love it and the kids seem to enjoy the room's make-over as well! Until next time...
